Negotiate - It seems like the Buyers are from a different planet! Don't despair; there may be an agreement in there yet. Maybe they need a delayed Closing, or they need to store some of their stuff in the garage before they move the rest from out of state. Putting deals together is more than splitting the difference on price. Often terms are just as important as price.
