Closing - Once we are 'Under Contract' we still need to be vigilant throughout the transaction. We will inspect the home as well as the Title. We need to review HOA papers and maybe some Off Record Matters. We'll have the home measured by a licensed appraiser and make sure a qualified Inspection is done. After all this we show up at the Closing, sign the papers and collect the keys.
