Analyze - When we get ready to write an offer we'll do a Comparative Market Analysis to see just what the market is doing at that point in time. By this time you'll have received multiple daily emails from us about homes in the area, so you'll already have a good idea if the home is a deal or not. We also want to investigate the Seller a little too. If the home is vacant a quick close could mean thousands to them and allow you a lower purchase price.
